Job description

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Service team in Dublin on a Permanent basis. This position plays a key role within the business and in particular the daily operations within the Service department. This role acts as the first point of contact for many internal stakeholders while also dealing with external stakeholder queries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Data input including timesheet management
  • Responsible for regular contact with customers via email and telephone to ensure queries are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for managing and guiding customer expectations on the company's services and timelines of service delivery
  • Managing and sending service reports to clients
  • First point of contact for our team of Service Engineers
  • In conjunction with the Service Manager, you will help co-ordinate Service Engineers daily duties ie prioritising what sites and/or jobs they should attend
  • Support the Service administration functions, including Service Sales Department.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have experience of working in a fast paced environment where personal time management and ability to work to operational deadlines is key.
  • You will ideally have experience in building effective relationships with customers.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of commitment & motivation.
