Job description

We are looking for 2 Trainee Lift Engineers to join our Installation team in Belfast.  You will upto 24 months as a Lift Engineer Mate/trainee working with experienced Lift Engineers to learn and understand the company and requirements to become a qualified Lift Engineer.

 

The trainee scheme is likely to take up to 3 years to complete to become a fully qualified NVQ level 3 Engineer in  installation. To be successfully shortlisted for the apprentice scheme you will have;

  • Hold 5 GCSE’s grades A-C including Maths, English and Science
  • Ideally possess one of the following; Level 2 Foundation Course in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering
  • Able to follow instructions and ensuring safety guidelines are followed at all time
  • Demonstrate a willingness to develop and learn new skills.
